One evening in April Eli built a fort in the backyard. He hung out in the fort, ate some snacks in the fort and then he came in the house. I was trying to get some house work done and Simon was getting fussy and needed some attention. Eli ran right over to the rescue and scooped him up. He asked me if he could take Simon out to his fort...being the protective mama I am I reluctantly said okay. I checked on them soon after they went out and this is what I saw.
my heart melted... I love having boys who build forts.
I love having boys who take their new baby brother out to the fort to cuddle...cutest thing ever!
